I made a few icons from screencaps of the Sherlock Holmes trailer and from the Pushing Daisies finale. I am COMPLETELY in love with what Ned was wearing for that episode... I'm not terribly pleased with the icons because I didn't try very hard but he's so damn cute I'm not sure it matters.

So I'm watching Wonderfalls and I am on the one with the two parrots needing to mate and the bird girl tells the guys to leave because their pheromones are keeping the birds from mating.

Talk of pheromones always comes up when dealing with Lee Pace (apparently).

ETA: So seriously... what has been driving me through all the episodes of Wonderfalls this week is because I wanted to see the scene with Aaron slinking sexily across the couch at Mahandra. They're cute!!

I just watched Crime Dog from Wonderfalls. I'm so happy to finally be able to see this series because it's totally brilliant. I sat down to make one icon I envisioned and ended up making ten using the same image and the same phrase. Variety?

Here you go - Aaron. I ended up making so many because I wanted to include all of the open-shirt AND sexy-hair goodness. Also I wanted to make sure there were options with and without borders and with and without text. I'm sorry, I just want to please people! Enjoy =)

I need me some P.S. I Love You icons. I might go make caps and icons myself, because I have specific scenes in mind...

This is a film I bought because it was $5 around Christmas time and I just wanted to see it. I love Gerard Butler and it seemed like a sweet movie, so I took a chance. I finally watched it last week, and I watched it again today. And I could watch it every day if I wanted. I absolutely adore it. It's sweet. It's so sweet. It seems unrealistic but we all like to dream. Harry Connick Jr. is adorable in it, too!

So I'll be making some icons next week =)

I'm watching the Jane Austen Book Club on HBO and it's actually kind of entertaining. Hugh Dancy with a flawless American accent? BEING NERDY? ABOUT SCI FI? It's unfortunate that he hasn't done more GOOD films. I adore Ella Enchanted but haven't seen anything else he's in. But I hear he's playing Edgar Allen Poe in a film about him so that could be interesting...

Do you think it's worth it to buy each episode of Pushing Daisies Season 2 from iTunes? I want to watch the episodes again so badly but at $2 an episode, it's a little pricey...

ZOMG I got The Fall on DVD FINALLY. I couldn't find it ANYWHERE and didn't want to order it online but when I went to Fry's to find a webcam, I checked out their awe-inspiring movie collection and there it was! Like six copies of it. It was $20 but I wanted it soooo... Here it is =) I can't wait to watch it... tonight.

Also, last week's Ugly Betty? HOLY CHRIST what's with the juxtaposition at the end? MMM I love me some Daniel/Molly.

I was going to go to the Golden Globes tonight - why else did I move to L.A.? - but I'm just too lazy to go down there by myself (because I have no friends) and jostle with a bunch of other star-hungry plebeians just to glance some celebrities. It's all the way down in Beverly Hills! Christ. I'll go to the Academy Awards, because they're one stop down the Red Line at the Kodak Theater. Besides, I have horseback riding Sunday mornings. I don't want to go to the red carpet badly enough to miss a lesson (because, let's be honest, to get a good spot and actually see celebrities you have to arrive at like 6 AM or maybe earlier. I slept on the sidewalk to go to the Harry Potter premiere SOOO...).

I got a webcam =)

I've caught up on most of Gossip Girl and am watching the new season, yayz.

I'm watching Skins now, too, on BBCA and I absolutely love it. Sid's episode is on tomorrow, and I'm stoked.

I just finished reading Stephenie Meyer's THE HOST. It is, hands down, better than Twilight. But Twilight is like candy, so I don't know that I should really compare them... Hm.

I'm off to make icons and headers and fun things that make good excuses for not going to the gym today.

I didn't post last weekend because things have just been crazy. The beginning of the school year is my favorite time of the year, not even kidding, and I wish I was moving into a new place. But alas, I'm living with my dad this year and really have no personal space. But next year will be the exciting one as I move to the town I hope to spend quite some time in =)

Anywho, yesterday I met the cast of Greek. I met Amber Stevens (Ashley), Dilshad Vadsaria (Rebecca), Scott Michael Foster (Cappie), Spencer Grammer (Casey), and Jake McDorman (Evan) and Jacob Zachar (Rusty) came later but I didn't meet him. After the meeting thing (which only had about 20 people at it so it was more like a gathering that was really chill and we all just got to chat) I went to Kinko's with Jessie and we got our little things laminated, then went home and uploaded the pictures, then went back to campus to watch the first episode of the new season which airs Tuesday. The cast came and watched with us but then left right afterwards. Apparently it's a college tour they're doing with Follett bookstores and DeclareYourself.com. I really... don't care about anything but this:



Anyways, icons! I'm going to suggest an icon community today. I discovered windsong_icons  a few weeks ago and absolutely adore every single icon that autumnjoy  posts. Every single one is just gorgeous. So go look... they're beautiful!
